Binger Ninja

Synopsis

The phone rings. Ninja’s ‘R’ Us answer the call off of a multi-millionaire whose daughter has been kidnapped. Scanning the books, the ninja for hire company realise there is only one unit available.

Binger. The overweight, clumsy, barely-trained ninja.

Binger must infiltrate the tower and reach the roof by fighting, hiding and most importantly - eating.

Description

Binger Ninja was created by a group of third year university students during the Covid-19 pandemic, throughout this entire process they have only communicated online.
Binger Ninja is a 2D isometric action RPG in which the player controls an overweight ninja who's sole goal is to get to the top of the tower to save Tadashi's daughter. 

Features

Stealth - The player can stealth their way past difficult enemies and use their environment to conceal them and give them the upper hand in battles.
Hunger - Due to Binger's nature, eating is vital. Whilst food can be used to attack the enemies, they can also be used to fill Binger's ever decreasing health bar.
Diverse themes - The environment in the game changes throughout the story, with curious enemies and environments getting introduced throughout.
Narrative - The comedic story is unveiled through both the dialogue and the surroundings the player finds themselves surrounded in.
